Turn Your Instagram DMs Into Testimonials and FAQs, Automatically
The nicest thing anyone's said about your product may be sitting in your DMs instead of on your page. The question you've answered forty times may still be nowhere new visitors can find it.
Genuine praise arrives in DMs all the time. Someone might write a paragraph about how your product helped them, not just send a heart-eyes emoji. Yet that praise rarely reaches your page because adding it means remembering the message, finding the thread, and retyping it into a testimonials block. Most of it stays in the inbox, unseen by the next visitor deciding whether to trust you.
Wall of Love: praise that becomes proof
Genuine praise sent to your account can appear as an import candidate in your Testimonials block editor. Review it and add the useful quotes to your page with a click. The system looks for more than just positive reactions. A burst of fire emojis or a one-word "amazing!!" doesn't qualify. It favors complete sentences with enough substance to work as a testimonial.
FAQ: the question you've already answered, forty times
The same idea applies to support questions. If several people ask a similar question about sizing, shipping time, or a specific use case, those messages can be grouped into one question for your page's FAQ block. You review it before anything is published.
Why nothing publishes automatically
Both flows capture messages in the background as DMs arrive. Accepting a candidate saves it to your page draft. It does not go live until you publish the page. Review gives you control over what represents your brand instead of letting an algorithm publish on your behalf.
What this actually changes about maintaining your page
Most creators fill in their Testimonials and FAQ sections at launch and rarely update them. They may have more to add, but finding it requires remembering to look. Sourcing both from DMs turns "remember to update this" into "review a short list of candidates," which is easier to keep up with.
A five-minute habit
- Check your import panel every week or two. New praise and repeated questions accumulate on their own. You only need to review them.
- Be selective with testimonials. Three genuine, specific quotes are more credible than ten generic ones.
- Rewrite FAQ answers in your own voice before publishing. The question may be common, but the answer should still sound like you.
- Publish the page after accepting a candidate. A draft does not help visitors.
