Reading your forecast
See expected income by date, weighted by your own win rate.
How it works
Forecast groups expected income over the next three months by each deal’s most specific committed date. It uses the payment due date when available, followed by the publish date, shoot date, or reply-by date.
A deal still in Negotiating counts as likely income, but it’s scaled down by your own historical win rate (how often a negotiation of yours has actually turned into a paid deal, not a generic average), instead of being counted at full value. An unweighted forecast is a forecast of best case only.
Deals with a committed date count with more confidence as they move through Signed, Filming, Posted, and Invoiced. They are closer to payment.

The forecast is only as accurate as the shoot, publish, and due dates you’ve actually entered on each deal.
Tips to get the most out of it
- Add a payment due date as soon as a deal is signed. Forecast uses this date whenever it is available.
- Watch your own win-rate number over time. It’s what keeps a pipeline full of Negotiating deals from looking rosier than it really is.
