Shopify
Sync your Shopify catalog into your knit.bio store.
How it works
Shopify is the one integration set up per page: products sync into a specific page's store, so if you run several pages, pick the page under "Syncing products to" first. Everything else in Integrations is set once for your whole account.
Click "Connect with Shopify" to open Shopify’s authorization screen. Approve the connection and knit.bio will receive and encrypt a secure access token. You do not need to copy an API token.
Choose a specific collection to feature, or sync your whole catalogue. Products that leave the chosen scope (deleted in Shopify, or excluded after you switch collections) are removed on the next sync.
Product changes sync in near real time via Shopify webhooks (new/updated/deleted products push in automatically), with a daily sync as a backstop.

- Feature best-sellers at the top; the daily sync keeps prices and stock accurate.
- Combine with the Meta/TikTok pixels to retarget shoppers who browsed but didn’t buy.
